Technical information about the Fleurie
Vine, Black gamay with white juice. The Fleurie takes from the granite soil its nice and intense carmine red robe, its fruit and flower aromas.
Our Fleurie wines are very typical with touches of irises, raspberry and red fruits.
The long fermentation allows to keep it five years. Great vintages like 2005 and 2009 can go as far as 7 years if kept in good conditions.
During its evolution the wine will take a few spicy notes which will make it more complex. The tasting qualities of our wines associate elegance, finesse, and a nice harmony for the tasting.
